Hollywood Glam Bride

Did you get a chance to catch this weeks My Fair Wedding with David Tutera?

This week David takes Benita and Arlen through several decades as they envision a "old Hollywood glam" wedding.

The fittings enough are to envy! With fittings going from the 1940's, 1950's, and 1960's - with a glam squad adjusting make-up, accessories and hair to finalize each look.  I must confess, my favorite look of the three was the 1960's look (although the 1940's look is a close second.)  The bride's reaction is fantastic!  While it's easily the most "simple" of the three looks - it's classic and exquisite!  David's got a tough decision to make - as the couple both prefer the 1960's look.

David does "old Hollywood glam" like only David can!  With red carpet, lights and rope and stanchion - all in the ceremony space alone - this theme is very much alive.  The centerpieces encompass the classic glamour of old Hollywood with calla lilies and Casablanca lilies.  The bridesmaids' gowns are breathtaking. But, they pale in comparison to the stunning bride. Benita looks AMAZING!  She's got the "personality, charm and sophistication" to pull it off!

As usual, the exchange of vows are heartwarming.  After a quick jump over the broom - Benita and Arlen "swing" into the reception space. Consistent with the rest of the episode, upon the big reveal Benita's jaw hit the floor! Your jaw would have too!  The reception space is opulent  and picturesque.  The cake is HUGE and offers a fabulous focal point - one of many focal points.

The most creative element of the entire design is the cirque du soleil 100ft living red carpet -at the guest entrance!  The entire event left Benita and Arlen speechless - and the guests!  We'd love to create an experience to WOW your guests!
